Bliss Concepts Limited is a Hong Kong based media company that creates entertainment and educational contents in Publishing, Animation, Events and Performance, Merchandising, and Licensing activities. 

The company was founded in 1990s and started with publishing original McMug & McDull comics. Created by Mr. Brian Tse and Ms. Alice Mak, the McMug & McDull comics soon gained popularity by storm because of their meaningful stories together with the lovely designed characters. The works captured a wide spectrum of readers, and gradually gained warm receptions in neighboring countries. McMug and McDull soon transformed from simple cartoon figures into cultural symbols of the community in different directions including children’s publication, animation production, gift items, merchandise, and cross-over collaborations.
